The thrilling conclusion to a saga that began that last October. But first, we have to show you how we got to this point. Sit back, imbibe on your favorite mind altering substance and marvel at the epic argument about absolutely nothing.

Special thanks to Fred Slow for his wizardry on the musical mashup at the beginning.

Soundbytes between segments were provided by (in chronological order): Erika Instead, John Wayne Communale, Frank Edler, James Hall Jr., Virginia Slater (Danger's Mom), Lisa Burchell, Tina Maddux (Mom), John Bruni and Leza Cantoral.

June 01, 2015 02:34 AM PDT

Segment 1: Tom Lucas returns to the show as we explore possible explanations for his wife being in two places at once. We also contemplate how and why he survived his fall from sixty feet.

Segment 2: Bizarro news segment with updates on releases from Eraserhead Press, Lazy Fascist, Deadite and Civil Coping Mechanisms.

Segment 3: Scott Cole Interview about his book, Superghost. He also talks about Philadelphia being as weird a town as Oregon or New Jersey, unbeknownst to me.

Segment 4: Debut of new recurring segment, John Wayne Rules the World. Talk of his band playing a comic book convention, his collaborations with an Austin, Texas art collective, and I even share a story about how my friends once held me down and shoved a used pocket pussy into my face.

Segment 5: Jack Thomas Smith Interview about his explosive new film, Infliction. It's not found footage, it's assembled footage. And it absolutely is a necessary commentary on the lunacy of unchecked powers in our government and even family life. Two brothers decide to bring vigilante justice to the doorsteps of everyone who had any role in their return to the parents who took abuse to a whole new level. Trust me, you need to see this film!

Segment 6: The Long Scribble written and performed by Jeremy Maddux

Segment 7: I try to work out my day job and love life (lack thereof) frustrations with Jeff O'Brien, but things quickly go south due to a miscommunication. I think. I hope this isn't Danger Slater all over again.

Segment 8: Closing segment with hype for the upcoming Dangerthon episode. Freddy christens the Guest of the Week.

May 24, 2015 08:56 PM PDT

Segment 1: Opening segment with Freddy playing with chewtoy after recovering from his bath and summoning a Cat Hydra.

Segment 2: Strange Days w/ Kevin Strange launching an all out assault on callout culture and social media outrage.

Segment 3: Follow-up with Tom Lucas about his time so far in the New Bizarro Authors Series. Things take a weird, Art Bell-ish turn when he confides in me about how he once fell sixty feet and survived after being discovered the next day (no bullshit, no hyperbole, one hundred percent true). He also relays a strange anecdote that still puzzles him to this day.

Segment 4: Evolve Into Yesterday, written and performed by Jeremy Maddux

Segment 5: Fred Vogel Interview about his uphill battle filming the August Underground trilogy, censorship, being detained by Customs after crossing into Canada with dvds of AU, his other films such as Redsin Tower and Sella Turcica, teaching at the Tom Savini Effects School and his next film, Pittsburgh Body Removal, in which he actually transported bodies for a funeral home in the interest of research.

Segment 6: Brian Allen Carr reading/performance from Bizarrocon 2014 (special thanks to Leza Cantoral for the audio)

Segment 7: Brian Allen Carr Interview about winning last year's Wonderland Award for Motherfucking Sharks, Lazy Fascist, the legend of La Llorona and much more.

Segment 8: The Female Gollum, written and performed by Jennifer Robin

Segment 9: Freddy decides the Guest of the Week, which is gauged by the meowing to purring to hissing ratio.

Music provided by:

Blut Aus Nord - Procession of Dead Clowns

Sixty Watt Shaman - Fear Death By Water

In future episodes: John Wayne Communale, part 1 of The Many Faces of Alex S. Johnson, Jack Thomas Smith (director of Infliction), Scott Cole, the Dangerthon, a clip show covering my storied rivalry with Danger Slater from beginning to end with all new commentary and soundbytes from those who followed this blood feud.

May 02, 2015 03:17 PM PDT

Segment 1: The lithe street priestess Jennifer Robin returns with her electric performance art. This one is called 'A.I. Nosepicking.'

Segment 2: I go too far in my pursuit of Danger Slater's sanity when I ring up his girlfriend, Lisa Burchell. Danger then calls back and tells me to continue recording. I went too far. I thought I was being funny. Looks like the Danger/Maddux saga will now be laid to rest.

Segment 3: Introducing my new co-host.

Segment 4: True Monster Facts w/ Michael Allen Rose taking in a Ho-Down with the Hodag.

Segment 5: Brandi Wells Interview about her new book, This Boring Apocalypse.

Segment 6: Stephen Biro Interview about American Guinea Pig scheduled for release this July and the boundaries that are frequently crossed in extreme horror. Stephen is also an author who claims he has met both God and Satan and has written books about his conversations with both of them.

Segment 7: Eat Cho Interview about his artwork, how artists are often undercut in the modern art world, revisiting his diverse list of accomplishments, including full room murals, statues, interactive artwork and why Multiple Man is the most tragically unexplored Marvel Comics character in history. Yeah, it's a ride. This interview was a game changer, for sure.

Segment 8: My new co-host rates all three interviews via meowing, hissing or purring.

Segment 9: Closing segment with me making an important though reluctant announcement regarding the oft delayed Vertigo Schisms announcement. I shoot from the heart, and love you all.

Danger/Bruni running for the White House. Did Slater actually think he was going to get away with this? I also sound off on the 'read only female authors for a year' bullshit challenge and talk about a movie that has haunted me since I saw it two weeks ago: Melancholie der Engel. No movie has affected me like this since Serbian Film.

Segment 8: Tiffany Scandal Interview about her new book, Jigsaw Youth. She also recounts some fascinating stories about her time as a social worker, including an escalating hostage situation she once had to negotiate and how being a Suicide Girl cost her the job because her boss was a Stepford Wife of the highest order. http://tiffanyscandalsucks.com/

Segment 9: The closing segment with the Buseyism of the Week and the hype of several upcoming guests for the month of May, including Stephen Biro (American Guinea Pig), Scott Cole (Superghost), Brandi Wells (This Boring Apocalypse), Eat Cho (artist), MP Johnson (Cattle Cult! step 1:

Subscribe_with_itunes

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Itunes_ss2
